Return & Refund Policy

1.You are able to cancel or exchange any order placed on our website which has not yet been dispatched from our ware-house. There will be no charge. Refund will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours. To do so please email us.

2.To cancel or change an order which has not been dispatched from our ware-house, please contact via email anytime. We will refund in 24-48 hours. Please have your order number to hand. Please understand the different time zone if reply delays.

3. If you wish to cancel or change an order, and the order has already been dispatched from our ware-house, please see point 4 once you receive your item.

4. To exchange unwanted item/s, please return the goods to us within 28 calendar days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the returned goods are in an unopened and unused condition and clearly labelled with your original order details. Free returns and exchanges if it is confirmed product quality problems.

5. Returned items must be in the same new condition, unworn, and in the original packaging. Once you apply for a refund or replacement, we will send you the detailed address to return the item to us. Free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item when being fully refunded.

6. We are not under the obligation to accept unwanted goods simply because they can be found cheaper elsewhere.

7. Free gifts are not covered by the warranty. Free returns and exchanges are not supported.
